MVP's leadership team of Allan Schweyer, Allen Zeman, Steve LaMotta and Raman Singh have almost  100 years combined experience in the HR, Talent and Human Capital Management industry. We have spent our careers building companies and selling products and services in the industry. Our knowledge of domain-specific research, marketing, sales, database mining, website content development, web development and sales support is deep and proven.

Allan Schweyer is an internationally known and respected HR and Talent Management expert. He has spent two decades building, marketing and selling HR industry products and services from the ground up. 

Before founding the Center for Human Capital Innovation, Dr. Allen Zeman spent more than two decades in the US Federal Government, including assignments heading the combined Navy training program with responsibility for a workforce of more than one million and a budget exceeding $25 billion annually. Allen has served as the nation’s chief economist to Iraq, has co-authored a book on lean Six Sigma and consulted to most cabinet level agencies in government.

Steve LaMotta is one of the industry's top development professionals. For more than twenty-five years he has led corporate HR and recruiting teams, run industry think tanks and built organizations from the ground up through superior sales and customer service.

As COO, Raman Singh is focused on helping MVP’s specialized teams achieve results for our partners. Raman is an engineer with a background in HR and employee engagement in multinational firms throughout India. He resides in Chandigarh where MVP India is based. Allan and Steve  are U.S. based and, with our account managers, are focused on understanding our customers' needs and working directly with them and our teams in India to ensure accurate, high quality deliverables each and every time.

Allan Schweyer, President

Allan SchweyerAllan Schweyer is a seasoned business leader with more than 20 years experience in the HR and Talent Management industry. He was a pioneer in web-based Human Resources software, founding the National Graduate Register and Campus Worklink in the mid 1990s. As a management consultant in Boston and Toronto from the late 1990’s through 2004, he served the publishing, government, technology and film industries through strategic consulting, HR technology selection and implementation and in developing career management portals. In this period, Allan was also instrumental in the growth of, where he developed and grew a Staffing and Recruiting practice.

Allan published his first book in 2004 and in the same year, he joined the Human Capital Institute (HCI) in Washington DC, where he served as President, Executive Director and Head of Research through 2009. In that time period, Allan established HCI’s offshore operations in India. He is a well-known thought leader in Talent Management and workforce economics. Allan has published two books on talent management, hundreds of articles and dozens of white papers for journals and magazines worldwide. He is a sought after presenter and has served as a trainer, panelist and keynote speaker at more than 50 events worldwide in the past decade. In 2009, Allan was recognized as one of the “100 Most Influential People in the HR and Talent Management Industry”.


Dr. Allen Zeman, Chairman

Dr. Allen ZemenAllen R. Zeman is the President of the Center for Human Capital Innovation (CHCI). He formed CHCI after a 20-year, SES-level government career where he served in various Pentagon assignments and in multiple deployed assignments. For the Chief of Naval Operations, Allen was the Director of Naval Training and Education (N7), responsible for the plans, policies, budgets and directives for all military and civilian development, leading the world's largest professional development organization.

Prior to that, he worked for the Secretary of the Navy as the Director of Manpower and Training where he laid the foundation for the Navy's Revolution in Training, a systematic innovation in training design and delivery that led the Navy to new e-learning approaches, greater accountability and significant improvements in effectiveness and efficiency. In his Director role, he pioneered executive mentoring programs and built career maps for all civilian and military employees in the Navy. Prior to these assignments, he deployed for three years to various Navy commands in the Pacific Fleet and for four months with the Marine Expeditionary Unit in support of operations in the former Yugoslavian Republic.


Steve LaMotta, Chief, Customer Solutions

Steve LaMottaFormerly Vice President at the Human Capital Institute and co-founder of, Steve is a twenty-five year veteran of the HR and Human Capital Management industry. Few individuals are as well-known, accomplished and respected in the industry. In 2010, Steve was named Executive Director of the non-profit Enterprise Engagement Alliance (EEA) and in August, joined My Virtual Partner (MVP) in the full-time role of Chief of Customer Solutions.

In addition to his executive roles with the EEA and MVP, Steve serves as a Senior Advisor to the DFW Staffing Management Association, is a board member of Dallas HR and the volunteer VP of the Central Region Employment Management Association (EMA). Earlier in his career, Steve was Director of Staffing for Zale Corporation and Director of Management Development & Staffing & Regional HR Leader for ClubCorp.

Steve brings a wealth of HR and talent management experience, knowledge and networks to MVP and its customers. As Chief of Customer Solutions, he works with MVP’s clients to form targeted sales and marketing strategies and then leads in the execution of those plans. At HCI, Steve developed business relationships with more than one hundred of the industry’s top providers and practitioners. For five consecutive years he was HCI’s top performing business development officer, responsible for more than $7 million in business and many, many happy customers.


Raman Singh, COO

Raman SinghRaman Singh has more than 13 years of HR and people management experience in various industries handling team sizes of more than 100 at a time. Between June 2003 to July 2005, Raman managed the Corporate Insurance and Key Man Insurance sales division at ICICI Prudential, the biggest Private Insurance company in India and one of the biggest in Asia.

Raman is an expert in online research, employee engagement and off-shore resourcing and was instrumental in setting up the HCI offshore operations in India from scratch. He has executed HR and Talent Management research projects for clients including Bank of America,, Rio Tinto, Workscape, HCI, CHCI, Monster, EEA, IRF, Harvard Business Publishing and many others. Raman heads the MVP operations in India and is directly responsible and involved in all the project executions for our clients.
